Nutrenzo (“we,” “us”), operated by Vincenzio James, provides AI lead response and booking services to gyms and fitness studios. This policy explains what information we collect through nutrenzo.com and our messaging services, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: when you fill out a form on this site, such as your name, email, phone number, gym name and message.
- Messages handled for our gym clients: when someone contacts a gym that uses Nutrenzo by phone, text, social media message or web form, we process their name, contact details and message so we can reply and book a visit on the gym’s behalf.
- Basic technical data: our hosting provider (GitHub Pages) may log standard information such as IP address and browser type to keep the site secure. This site does not use advertising cookies.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and provide our services
- To send text messages and emails you asked for or that relate to an inquiry you made
- To book, remind and follow up on trial visits for our gym clients
- To improve and secure our services
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run Nutrenzo, such as website hosting, form handling, email, text messaging, calendar and AI providers, and only as needed to provide the service. Information collected for a gym client is shared with that gym.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Data retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed to provide our services or meet legal requirements, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing info@nutrenzo.com. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.

Text START to (440) 616-7008 to receive text updates from Nutrenzo about your gym inquiries, free trial bookings, and appointment confirmations.
Program description
Nutrenzo sends text messages (1) to people who request information from Nutrenzo, and (2) on behalf of our gym clients to people who contacted that gym by phone, text, social media message or web form. Messages may include replies to questions, class times, trial booking confirmations, reminders and follow-ups.
How you opt in
You can opt in to text messages by (1) checking the text-message consent box on a form at nutrenzo.com, (2) texting START, YES or UNSTOP to (440) 616-7008, or (3) agreeing verbally when you call and are asked whether we may text you back. Messages are sent from (440) 616-7008. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Frequency and costs
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out and help
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will get one confirmation text and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@nutrenzo.com or (440) 482-3276.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
